Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OutpaceOS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

OutpaceOS is a B2B acquisition operating system that helps founders and agencies define their niche, build offers, source leads, run outreach, analyze sales calls, and track pipeline deals. The Service is operated by NineTech Media.

3. Account & subscription

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Paid plans (Standard, Pro, Business) bill monthly or annually via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time from your Billing page or by contacting us.

4. Free tier

The free tier is a permanent preview, not a time-bound trial. It includes niche browsing, the offer builder (one variation), the AI Strategist with 5 messages per month, and KPI viewing. Outreach, scripts, call analyzer, content, refinement, leads, paid ads, and pipeline modules unlock with any paid plan.

5. Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of your first charge, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case. To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp (+91 88996 60463) or email support@outpaceos.com. We respond within one business day.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, illegal outreach, or any unlawful activity
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission
• Upload prospect data you do not have lawful right to process

7. AI features

The Service uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude family) to generate scripts, analyze calls, and produce strategy advice. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before sending it to prospects or making business decisions based on it.

8. Data ownership

You own all data you input into your workspace (leads, deals, outreach tracker entries, scripts, etc.). We process this data only to provide the Service and improve it. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can export your data at any time from your workspace.

9. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from Service unavailability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutpaceOS and NineTech Media are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
