Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy explains what data OutpaceOS collects when you use the Service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. OutpaceOS is operated by NineTech Media.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), display name, profile preferences.

Workspace data you input: niche selections, offer drafts, leads, outreach templates, sequences, daily outreach tracker entries, deal records, call analyses, notes, KPIs, settings.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, AI message counts, timestamps. Used to enforce plan limits and improve the Service.

Payment data: billing name, address, transaction IDs. Card and bank details are processed by Razorpay and never touch our servers.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service you signed up for
• To enforce plan tier limits (AI message caps, lead capacity, etc.)
• To send AI-generated insights (refinement reports, daily actions) based on your workspace data
• To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts)
• To send product updates if you opt in (you can opt out from Settings)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Third-party services we share data with

Supabase (database + auth, hosted in the United States): stores all your workspace data with row-level security so only you and your team can access it.

Anthropic (AI provider, hosted in the United States): when you use AI features (AI Strategist, Niche analysis, Offer builder, Call Analyzer, Refinement, Content, Scripts), we send relevant workspace context to Anthropic's Claude models. Anthropic does not train models on this data. See Anthropic's privacy policy.

Razorpay (payment processor, India): processes subscription payments. We receive transaction confirmations only.

Vercel (hosting): serves the application. Logs include IP addresses for security and rate limiting.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

4. Your data rights

You have the right to:

• Access: view all your data anytime from inside your workspace
• Export: CSV export available on Leads, KPIs, and Outreach Tracker pages
• Correct: edit any record directly in the app
• Delete: close your account from Settings; data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Object: opt out of marketing emails from Settings -> Notifications

5. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. No tracking pixels.

6. Data security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (Supabase storage encryption). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt-equivalent algorithms via Supabase Auth. Database access is restricted by row-level security policies so workspace data is only readable by workspace members.

7. Data retention

Active account data is retained as long as your account is open. On account closure, data is deleted within 30 days. Billing records are kept for 7 years per Indian tax law.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than India (Supabase US, Anthropic US, Vercel global). These transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses with each vendor.

9. Children

OutpaceOS is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect.
